Common questions
Which Python versions are supported?
Python 3.8 through 3.12 are available. Switch versions per app
from the "Setup Python App" tool in cPanel — no ticket needed.
How do I deploy my Django project?
Push your code via git or upload it in the File Manager, create a
Python app pointing at your project root, and set the WSGI file
(usually
myproject/wsgi.py). Passenger picks it up
automatically — no Nginx/Gunicorn configuration.
Do you support Postgres or only MySQL?
Both. Create PostgreSQL or MySQL databases directly from cPanel
and point
DATABASES in your settings at them.
Do I get SSH access?
Yes — SSH access is included on every Django plan. Run
manage.py migrate, collectstatic, cron
jobs and one-off scripts directly on the server.
Do you offer free SSL?
Yes — free Let's Encrypt SSL is auto-provisioned and auto-renewed
on every plan. Your app loads over HTTPS from day one.
Can I use Celery / background workers?
Long-running background workers aren't supported on shared Django
hosting — you'll want our VPS plans for that. Cron-driven jobs
work fine here.
Can international customers buy?
Yes — prices are shown in GH₵ but we accept international Visa and
Mastercard. Your bank charges you in your own currency at the cedi
equivalent.
