We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
SECTION 3 – BACKUP LIMITATIONS
Any shared hosting account that exceeds 25 GB of disk space will be removed from our system backups. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups for data security. Client Responsibility: AddinyHost performs backups of client databases daily and weekly for other files. However, we do not guarantee this feature, and clients should regularly back up their data. Softaculous backups are stored for 28 days and are automatically deleted afterward. You are allowed a maximum of 10 backups per script installed.
SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 5 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 6 – THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE
Third-Party Software Responsibility: AddinyHost provides third-party software (e.g., cPanel, Softaculous) for ease of account management. However, it is your responsibility to ensure the compatibility and security of any third-party software installed. AddinyHost does not guarantee specific results and cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party software.
Your use of third-party software is at your own risk.
SECTION 7 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If, at our request, you send specific submissions, or without a request you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, etc., you agree that we may, at any time, use such content without restriction.
We may monitor, edit, or remove content that we deem unlawful or violates these Terms of Service.
SECTION 8 – STORAGE AND SECURITY
At all times, you bear full risk of loss and damage to your server and its contents. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. AddinyHost is not liable for any loss or damage to your data, and we encourage maintaining independent backups.
SECTION 9 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally, information on our site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 10 – TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Suspension for Non-Payment
If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, the service will be automatically suspended.
A suspended account is inaccessible until payment is received.
2. Data Retention During Suspension
Suspended accounts will be retained for up to 30 days from the suspension date.
During this period, the customer may reactivate the account by settling all outstanding invoices.
3. Termination & Data Deletion
If we do not receive payment or communication within 30 days of suspension, the account will be permanently deleted, including all website files, emails, databases, and backups.
Deleted data cannot be recovered.
4. Early Termination for Abuse
Accounts involved in spam, fraud, or security threats may be suspended or terminated immediately, without notice.
SECTION 11 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties or conditions. AddinyHost will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
SECTION 12 – BILLING AND PAYMENT TERMS
All fees for our services are due as provided in the fee schedule. Billing Cycles: AddinyHost offers monthly and annual payment plans. All fees are due on the payment date. Failure to remit payment by the due date will result in service suspension. If payments are overdue by more than 30 days, your account may be permanently terminated, and all associated data will be deleted. A reinstatement fee may apply for suspended accounts.
SECTION 13 – REFUND POLICY
You may receive a refund if you cancel your account within 15 days after sign-up. After this period, no refunds will be issued. Domain registration and additional services are non-refundable.
SECTION 14 – ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (Legal Purposes)
You must use our services for lawful purposes only. Legal Compliance: AddinyHost services may only be used in compliance with all applicable international, federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Any violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), including activities like spamming or illegal content hosting, may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
SECTION 15 – AFFILIATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Affiliate Program Rules: Referrals are eligible for a one-time commission, excluding your own hosting accounts. Recurring payments and renewals are not eligible for commissions. Any sales associated with special discounts or coupons will have commissions applied to the discounted amount only.
SECTION 16 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold AddinyHost harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services.
SECTION 17 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review the updated terms on our website periodically.
SECTION 18 – CUSTOMER SUPPORT
AddinyHost provides customer support for all service-related issues at no additional charge. You can contact us via the client area, live chat, email, or phone. Any non-service-related support requests may incur additional fees.
